Erin grew up in southern California and began dancing at the age of six at Hype Studios where she discovered her love of hip hop. She joined a competitive team during middle school, which won first place at JAMZ National Championship in Las Vegas. She then began branching out to study other dance styles such as jazz, contemporary, and modern. In high school, Erin began choreographing with her school dance company. Erin moved to Boston to attend Northeastern University where she majored in English and Communication Studies and joined two dance groups: No Limits Dance Crew (NLDC) and Northeastern University Dance Company (NUDANCO). She performed with both groups and took on leadership roles with NLDC, first as a choreographer and later as a member of the Executive Board (as Vice President and later Co-President). Erin joined DanceWorks Boston in Season 15 after graduating from Northeastern University, and began choreographing in Season 16. She is so grateful for the opportunity to continue to dance, perform, and create with the amazing DanceWorks community!
