Jaelyn Blair
Jaelyn Blair is a dedicated dance educator and performer who continues to share her passion through the years. Her dance journey began at Rosemary’s School of Dance Education (RSDE), where she achieved notable performances at Disney World and the Macy's Day Parade, along with numerous accolades at both regional and national dance competitions.
Jaelyn trained at Jacqueline M. Walsh School for the Performing & Visual Arts, studying Ballet, Modern, Choreographic Theory, and Performance Production. She earned a Bachelor of Science from Franklin Pierce University, where she was involved in both the dance and cheer teams, and completed her Master of Business Administration at Roger Williams University.
Professionally, Jaelyn has been a member of the IFL’s Massachusetts Pirates cheer team and the dance team for the WNBA’s Connecticut Sun. At RSDE, she applies her expertise to choreograph both solo and group pieces. In addition to her work in dance, Jaelyn manages grants and operations for a school department, balancing her administrative responsibilities with her artistic pursuits. Her ongoing involvement with the DanceWorks Boston company allows her to remain actively engaged in the dance community, where she continues to create and perform.
Jaelyn’s commitment to dance goes beyond teaching; she excels in creating choreography that showcases each dancer's unique strengths and helps them achieve their best. She looks forward to presenting a dynamic jazz piece on the DanceWorks Boston stage for Season 26!
