Lindsey grew up dancing in Needham, MA at the age of three. She primarily trained at Needham Dance Theatre for 13 years in ballet, jazz, hip-hop, modern and contemporary styles. She was a member of the Needham High School Varsity Dance Team, where she had the opportunity to perform at the Orange Bowl halftime show in Miami. Lindsey pursued her love of dance in the Modern B.A. program at James Madison University in Virginia. While at JMU, Lindsey performed with the Associate & Contemporary Dance Ensembles and choreographed various solo, duet, and group works. Lindsey’s dance studies took her abroad to London for a summer where she was immersed in the European dance scene, taking modern and contemporary classes from various artists and educators. After graduating in 2019 with a degree in Dance and Creative Advertising, Lindsey spent a few years in Northern Virginia and began a career in the Automotive Marketing industry. She continued her dance training in Washington, D.C. and served as a guest competition choreographer at a local dance studio.

Lindsey moved back up to Boston in 2021 and continues to work in the automotive industry as a Marketing Director while also teaching dance classes and choreographing competition routines at Needham Dance Theatre. This is Lindsey’s eighth season with DanceWorks Boston and her third season as a choreographer. She is so grateful to be a part of this incredible community and can’t wait for Season 27!
